When we arrived we had been traveling for 13 hours. We were exhausted. The lady at the check in desk let me know the computers had gone down. I almost started to cry I was so overtired. She jumped into action and took my ID and credit card I used to book the room and managed to look up my booking and get me checked in manually. We were very grateful. The elevators are slow and make some kind of scary sounds. The room felt clean enough but was dated and worn. The ac fan was really noisy and made it hard to sleep cutting off and on all night. It’s a shame the building doesn’t match the customer service. Side note check out Puttshack. Really cool and fun. Make reservations online and go for the 2nd game - they’re only 9 holes. Food was good too.

The bathroom was dirty. There was hair all over the floor, stuck on thw shower wall, in the bathtub. There was thick dust and hair on the shelf below the sink. I let them know, and the response was I'll let management know. No one cleaned it. The pillows and bed were worn out and terribly uncomfortable. A lot of light came in from the window and the very large crack under the door. Needless to say, we barely got any rest. Went to breakfast just before 9:30 and everything was empty. We ended up buying breakfast elsewhere. I tried adding pictures, but the app wasn't letting me.

Horrible experience with no room service until we requested several times and few staff members are rude with no desire for customer satisfaction. Room service skipped several things including refilling toilet paper.
