The rooms are average but the staff made my stay most enjoyable. I got in late with 2 kids in tow and there were a few hiccups in my room. The staff helped as much as they could and wjat they couldnt resolve, they took care of first thing in the morning.

My recent stay in Decatur
Front Desk personnel was very friendly. What I didn't like was my room not getting clean until I requested it. The housekeeping personnel was rude and had bad attitudes. I need clean towels daily. That was an issue when I asked for them. Don't make me feel like I'm bothering you when I ask you to do something that pertains to your job description. That should have been done. Lack of supervision for housekeeping staff. Other than that the location was great and again front desk personnel were very professional.

Great hotel near Emory
Clean, comfortable and updated hotel in a nice area near Emory. Breakfast was good, plenty of choices. Free parking. Room/hallways were very quiet. Beds were comfy. Ice on every floor. The indoor pool was very clean and area was nice. This is my new #1 pick when we have to come back to Emory for appts.

The front desk staff was super friendly and kind. The breakfast has many options and an automatic waffle maker, yummy. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel, but we really enjoyed the welcoming feeling we recieved from the front desk staff. In addition, the digital key access to the room was so convenient, we didn’t have to carry around the room card. We simply tap the lock with our phones and the door opened. Thanks for the modern technology.
