My check-in went wrong. After traveling 1000 kilometers to get away from Dorian, the receptionist told me that the family suite I booked was not available. We had booked 3 nights and she told me that the first night will happen in a smaller room while we are 5. I replied that it is not my problem, I want my room, I have 3 children. She replies that she can not do anything, I have no choice. I asked her why I received confirmation from Expedia and she said she was not valid !!! I told her she could have called me to tell me that the room requested was not available, she had 3 days to do. As I was tired, I agree to spend a night in a smaller room provided they pay me the night I paid. She leaves behind her counter and discusses good 5 minute with his manager. She comes back and tells me that ultimately the result is available. As she realized she was going to lose by compensating me, she finally gave me my room. I suspect this hotel to go down to range the room when the client is allowed to make to sell the night of your most expensive room to another customer. I spent 10 minutes with this awful receptionist. I am disappointed by the Hilton hospitality that I received and especially the dishonesty of this practice.

I stayed here for pride weekend. I was getting ready when all this black dirty water splashed out of the sink and went all over my brand new shirt. I went down stairs and tried to explain what happened and i told the lady that my shirt was messed up and she asked me for a receipt for what i claim was messed up. I tried to show her the video cause its more than one and she told me she dont need to see it. Ive never been so pissed of in my life. My stuff gets destroyed i dont get a follow up call and the front deck person is extremely rude. If your going to ask like that she shouldnt be working with the public

A bit old now and not the most attractive architecture but definitely good value for money.

First I’m going to say the shower ceiling was leaking cold water on us every time I took a shower. Then the water wouldn’t drain out the shower til 30 minutes after and they trust to be rude
