Horrible design in where you have one elevator to cater to 5 floors with 5l15 rooms each. Slow slow slow. Then my room, 419, was directly across from the elevator door so I heard noise and people all night along with the elevator door slamming. Horrible engineering design.

I have relatives in the area of this property. I always stay here because the staff and management are great. I would recommend this property to other family members and friends.

Clean but far from relaxing
Publié le 26 juill. 2024 sur HotelsI booked a room with a king size bed without handicap accessibility. We got there and checked in, and when we got to the room it was handicap accessible. I went back to the front desk and asked them if there were any other rooms and they said there wasn't. The room was nice clean, however it was located right next to the door leading to the stairs. The door slammed and rattled the room all throughout the night which made for a very long night. Another thing I'd like to add, the shower being handicap accessible is all tile, and the water is made to go down to a drain. However the slope for that is not accurate and the water runs all throughout the entire bathroom floor. This is a safety concern as if anyone who was handicapped stepped in there they would slide and fall.The room was 104. I expressed concerns the next morning when I checked out and the lady at the front desk said I'll see if there's something we can do about that. There was no empathy or any statement given to say I'm sorry about your rough night.
