Loved our room, they accommodated our request that my in-laws and our rooms were close together because they needed a handicap room. The breakfast was great, love the Cinnamon rolls at Holiday Inn Express

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice and very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Mike at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. The hotel was super nice. I am most definitely coming back here since I have to travel for work. Looking forward to visit again

The hotel is nice , the breakfast is good but the cleaning is bad we went for 5 days and not one time got any body to clean our room we run out of toilet paper, coffee supplements and the bathroom was dirty
We took the trash out every day and cleaned the toilet because it had pee from previous costumers

No clean room no towel , when I ask what happened, they told me lot guests were complaining.

Hi Dahir!Thank you for your survey. We apologize that we were unable to offer towels on demand while you were with us. Unfortunately, the hotel was very busy and a lot of guests would not allow their rooms to be serviced and kept all of their dirty towels in their rooms while requesting more. I wish the hotel had an endless supply. We hope that you give us another opportunity to serve you the next time you're in the area.
