Home2 Suites by Hilton Atlanta Downtown has wonderful accommodations; the staff is friendly, the room is updated, clean and comfortable, and the location is within walking distance to State Farm Areana. It was perfect for our stay while attending Passion2025. We would definitely stay again.

We loved that it was in a beautiful converted apartment building and not new construction. We were attending a concert at State Farm and it was just steps away.

Rooms were too small . Bathrooms were not so clean and when i checked with front office , they mentioned its all clean and cant do anything extra. I have asked a room with shower head with hand helded combo as i was traveling with 1 year and 5 year old kids and its difficult to shower them without it, and they denied my request. Its not actually a suite room as advertise, its a normal room with few kitchen items

Property needs a thorough cleaning, not only the room but especially the common areas. Elevators are very dirty and somehow scary to ride. Staff was a mix of very nice and happy people doing all they can to please guests and others that really don't enjoy working in the hotel at all and sometimes sounding even rude to guests. Breakfast was ok but clearly needs more variety. It would be good to go back to old days pre-covid. Eggs and sandwiches are really not tasteful and lack freshness.

We had a nice experience at this property and it was conveniently located. Only aspect that was challenging is the elevators which may need some upgrades or servicing.

Front staff was polite, and that’s where the good ended. The valet staff were slow and appeared disinterested with doing their job. The lift was small and unclean. The lobby had a used hypodermic needle on the ground by the door, the hotel just felt unsafe. We checked in before our event, and left almost immediately after returning to the hotel. I would recommend customers look at the all the reviews, because somehow onto good reviews were at the top. I felt very confident about the hotel when I made the reservation, but was extremely disappointed when we got there. Bait and switch for sure. The staff needs retraining, and the hotel needs to be cleaned.
