Shooting in parking Lot, mold in room, lamps broken, sheets and blankets dirty. Roaches all over, blood on the walls, a Hispanic kid looking in cars at 2am for adults

They require a deposit in cash. It's 2024, I don't carry cash. Had to use their ATM in the lobby which charges $4 in fees just to use, also charged a $2 fee for something. I'm guessing the actual withdrawal because I made no other purchases that day. Cockroaches in the room as soon as I walked in and spotted several more over the few days I stayed. No phone, no wifi, no microwave like in the pictures or descriptions. There was no breakfast served even though there was a sign advertising it in the lobby.

My expert with this hotel was horrible because the bath shower was not working and requested to change the room but the other there was a smoking smell the other day I waited till 2:30 pm then they changed the room but in that room, the sheets were damaged and people are disturbing all the time they are the homeless people were blocking the stairs and they are asking for money and all even the wifi is not work it was a scary stay the room doors are not locking properly the floor mat was damaged the refrigerator is not working, the microwave is not working and tv is not working I request to other not to visit to this hotel because it is not well maintained. There are no phones in the room to contact the front desk even if the wifi is working outside of the room what is the use of staying in the hotel room. If I want to complain about the issue I need to cross the people who are blocking the stairs my experience was very horrible and scary. I expect Expedia to take action on this and resolve the problem and request not to suggest it in your application because it will affect your customers.

Checking in the receptionist said that check out was at 12pm but the next day the receptionist said check out was at 11am. I almost didn't get my deposit back.
