Unfortunately, the parking and micro wave were not included. We had to pay about 13.$ to park.

I have stayed at many Hyatt Places around the country, this is the worst. The rooms are cramped, to much future for the little space. The bathrooms are tiny, the showers and toilet are so close together , the shower are extremely tiny. I had to switch to a bathtub ( not much bigger) and two queens from my king. The lady’s I spoke with were both unfriendly and not helpful or informative ( one beginning on her phone). Upon check in nothing was communicated to me I had to specifically ask (breakfast times, location of amenities etc) I asked for a call from the hotel manager but never received one. All around very poor experience will not stay there again.

Hyatt Place has some of the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept on in a hotel. The room was very well situated and the layout was great. The only issue with the room was that it was located very close to the area where they make food for the folks at the bar and it did get pretty loud.

The corporate manager was on duty during the stay and made a such big difference from my previous stays monthly.

Needs to be noted that the parking lot for the hotel is owned by a 3rd part and it’s $12 a day to park there.
Seams most of the A/C in the hotel wasn’t working. Elevator and hallways uncomfortably hot. Room A/C had to work overtime to keep your room cool.
