Unfortunately, the parking and micro wave were not included. We had to pay about 13.$ to park.

I have stayed at many Hyatt Places around the country, this is the worst. The rooms are cramped, to much future for the little space. The bathrooms are tiny, the showers and toilet are so close together , the shower are extremely tiny. I had to switch to a bathtub ( not much bigger) and two queens from my king. The lady’s I spoke with were both unfriendly and not helpful or informative ( one beginning on her phone). Upon check in nothing was communicated to me I had to specifically ask (breakfast times, location of amenities etc) I asked for a call from the hotel manager but never received one. All around very poor experience will not stay there again.

PARKING FEE of $12 a night per car is ridiculous. Nobody reads the parking portion on the booking site. However, when you arrive at hotel the indication to a parking fee is by signs all over the place. Then the afternoon/evening staff informed me that it will be $12 per night. Advised staff that it was unfair to charge for parking, they responded that it was corporate level to make the any changes. Then I asked the morning staff the next day and was informed it was the owner responsibility to make any changes. Now which is it?? The Hyatt up the road does not charge - so why this one? The other reason for a low rating is that the front desk never put in my wake up request causing us to rush in order to leave as planned. Plus the front sliding doors sound like they are going to fall off when opening and closing.

Charge $12 for parking in a their lot that has no security or gate. The staff was not friendly and breakfast was terrible

My room floor was super dirty! They should shampoo the carpets other than that it was a pleasant stay!
