Nice enough but understaffed

The hotel was fairly nice but they were definitely understaffed; the night desk clerk was covering the desk, the bar, and was cooking food. He was doing his best but he could not keep up with the handful of patrons who came to the lobby while I was at The Placery. The service received was good but inefficient.

I was only here for one night but the check-in and check-out was very smooth and easy. The young man at the counter was very pleasant, competent and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. There are many good restaurants to choose from close by. And tons of shopping! I recommend staying here.

It was amazing very clean and front seat was very polite and helpful check in was real easy family loved it there was space for all 6 of us comfortably

Went just for 1 night. Had to wait after the 3pm check in due to housekeeping being late. Room was clean, shower was great, breakfast was decent. Didn't know they had free shuttle to the venue, that was awesome. Would stay again, great for the price.

First room didn't have trash cans, working lights or working tv. Moved us to another room that had ants.

Initially i was given a room where bathroom lock was missing. Later they assigned another room where bathroom lock was not working. We was tired of shifting room n stayed within same room. They should check whether room is in good condition or not before assigning. Very poor quality. I sent email of the issue but no response received. The same issues in hyatt place that i reserved in jersey city. Bathroom flush was not working for 3 days and we were required to adjust in other room. I don't recommend hyatt place to anyone.
