Awful Experience
I had an awful experience. Upon check in i was informed i needed to pay a 100.00 deposit which is refundable. I didnt mind doing that until i was told that it could take up to 10 to 14 days to see it credited back. Then i go to my room get settled in, order uber eats, and while eating i saw several bugs crawling around when i picked up the phone to call front desk there was a dead bug on the phone. The young lady was very sweet and understanding, she put me in another room. That room was also very dirty, the heat didnt work properly, tub had stains, pubic hair along with other hairs in the corners of the barhroom. I will never stay at another La Quinta.
