Publié le 2 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayLoved the charm of the historical home but with first class upgrades and finishes - it had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect for walking - Ansley Mall, Piedmont Park and the Beltline.

Noisy. Everything else great

Location was central for all the sites (Aquarium, Coke Museum, Centennial Park, Zoo, Fernbank, etc) esp Piedmont Park and Botanical Garden across street. Hardwood floors are old and SUPER noisy (apologies to tenant below!) and two BRs face Piedmont Ave's substantial road noise

Very good place overall

Noisy traffic outside bedrooms, but we were aware of it from other reviews and came prepared with white noise generators. Overall, would recommend!

Great location- enjoyed close access to Peidmont Park and the Botanical Garden

The road noise was concerning in the front two rooms at first but we have a sound machine app on our phone and that drowned it out enough to sleep well. Beds were comfy but pillows and linens could use some freshening up as they seemed close to the end of their cycle in my opinion. This was a great place to stay for a whirlwind weekend in Atlanta and we would stay there again.

Above and beyond Host
Publié le 26 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property was perfectly located for our trip, beautifully decorated, and was beyond well equipped. The host communicated with me well in advance and was very clear about all directions and instructions. We arrived very late and she was lovely to offer to pick up a few things that we might need before hand, which was perfect since we weren't going to be able to get any provisions for the morning. I give this property and its host 5 stars. This note doesn't deserve one less star - a note - two of the rooms' windows face the road. If you aren't used to street noise (nothing more than cars driving by) when you sleep, it may be a challenge to you.

Great house for our week at America’s Mart

The house had everything we needed, comfortable beds and we each had our own room! Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the area!

Great Property
Publié le 12 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayI have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and I can definitely say that this one was extremely well stocked. It had everything we could possibly need from food, coffee, water, wine, toiletries. All of that was very much appreciated!
The condo itself was very nice and exactly as pictured. The beds were very comfortable. It is on a busy street so there is some road noise. I had read about that beforehand so was prepared with a white noise machine and it was fine.
The condo is a bit difficult to get to because of the busy road and the narrow driveway. We were able to figure out the back way to get there and had no problems after that. This is important to do because it will be impossible to turn directly in to the property if you are coming from the south during traffic. I think the directions mention this as well. This did not detract from our visit at all. I highly recommend this property.
