Publié le 30 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayI have been staying at VRBO properties for more than 10 years, and this is the best yet. It is evident that the host wants guests to feel comfortable. There were amenities that were pleasant surprises! A room with a wetbar where guests can lounge, play foosball, and watch a large screen TV. And there is a rooftop patio with furniture and a TV off this room! The bedrooms are not the largest, but what they lack in size, they more than make up for in high quality bedding. And most of the bedrooms have private bathrooms. I would definitely book this property again!

Common areas in the home were spacious and accommodating for entertaining all of us in the same space without feeling crowded. The property was conveniently located and close to all of the places that we visited.

Okay Property in Good location
Publié le 31 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was nice, clean, and matched the pictures and descriptions accurately. Check-In/Check-out was smooth and without incident. The amount of included linen was very helpful. I appreciated the size of the house, the common areas, and bedroom on suites. Each person was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The house does need some TLC. It is starting to show its age. The description and other reviews are 100% accurate as far as I can tell. Not having a TV in each bedroom was annoying and one of the reasons for the lower score. I did not realize how useful it is to have a TV in the bedroom since everyone has different tv watching tastes. Overall, this is a nice place and was a good trip.

Atlanta Stay
Publié le 18 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayI liked the house and the lay out but the description of how many bedrooms and beds was not accurate. There is still 1 of the bedrooms that is NOT available due to "construction". There were only 5 beds available and 4 bedrooms. There was a sofa and put out bed on the 3rd floor loft but this was not a private area as there was not doorway to the space. There were only 4 showers and 1 half bathroom on the 1st floor. I believe the description of the house that states "sleeps 16" is VERY inaccurate, unless you bring tons of air mattresses. Also, we found 2 roaches in the 2nd floor bathroom on 2 different nights of our stay there. Also, one of the privacy doors to the bathroom on the first floor bedroom was not closing properly as it was not properly aligned. Also, the driveway really just fits 2 vehicles comfortably unless you want to leave another car parked in a hill. There was no parking behind the house as led to believe in the description. Overall, the house was nice but too many issues for the price we paid. When these issues were informed to the owner, the response unfortunately was not favorable or receptive. Book at your own risk.

GREAT LOCATION- HELPFUL HOST

The home was beautiful, howver the downside was that an entire bedroom and the main feature of the wrap around outdoor entertainment area were both out of service for repairs. Would book again when all facilities and amenities are not restricted.

Good location in west mid town
Publié le 13 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayLocation is very convenient to mid town and downtown area. Neighborhood is good with well maintained homes.
House is 5 bedrooms with a murphy bed in another room which is counted as a 6th bedroom. We needed that room for entertainment so we did not have an extra bedroom.
Additionally the 5th bedroom was closed for remodeling and so was the upstairs deck. Would have been very helpful to know this upfront...we had to put a person into a hotel because of this.
The owner was responsive to the AC unit that was not working.
House itself has fantastic art...sort of Banksy style. Plenty of room for guests! Lots of parking including the rear parking
