There was only one pillow per person on the bed,and the room wasn't cooling off at all

The place is worn down, television doesn't work most of the time, the bed sheets are ripped, the room was not cleaned, bugs are constantly showing up, and there's strange stains on the lights on the wall

DO NOT DO IT! You will regret it.
Publié le 7 août 2024 sur HotelsThe pictures of this location show a very clean property. Upon arrival the entire place stunk of mildew/mold. After getting the key to our room we went up to the room to find the most disgusting smell and the room was was nothing short of unsanitary. Black mold, used bandages on the head board, stains on the bedding, the bathroom door was broken, the microwave had multiple rust spots inside the microwave, and the shower curtain was stained as well as the walls. After requesting a refund so we could leave I was told they couldn’t do anything. I contacted hotels and they reached out to the property manager who refused to refund us. This place will take your money and leave you sleeping in your car if you’d rather not breathe in black mold. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I contacted Motel 6 and they have reached out to the property manager I don’t see the outcome changing. Save yourself the trouble and book some place else. Honestly hotels.com should remove this property from their site to save customers and themselves the headache. *** I have more photos & a video of the broken door, but it only allows 8 to be uploaded.***

When i fisrt walked into the building it smelled like weed. The first room they gave me smelled liked urine. The second room was better but was dirty. The only thing about the hotel that was good was the people at the front desk.
Will never use that hotel again.
