Publié le 12 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayOutdated but roomy, didn’t like the kitchen needs renovations especially bathrooms and kitchen furniture is well worned and not comfortable did not feel comfortable in showers they were old and needed updating like the location liked the size just not my kind of place would ratheranmodernef clean state of the arts kind place.

It was private and we wanted to make sure we cleaned it and left it like we got it, Thank you so much, I have not been well, this was very nice everyone in one place

Publié le 23 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayI was hesitate on doing a review because I didn’t stay in the home listed it was last minute plumbing issue and I was offered a refund or to move to a 4 Br instead of 6 and honestly all or that was fine as the title of my review stated it ended well. That truly didn’t bother me because that’s life unforeseen circumstances that alter plans. What I would advise anyone to do before renting is read the rules all of them. The tone that I received from Jamie was unnecessary. I was already stressed trying to get my family in for my daughter graduation had a last minute change of 6 bedroom to 4 I was worried about Will there be enough room in the different house and Jamie tone honestly made me feel like I had not spent a dime to rent, it was although she was doing me a favor instead of me paying for a service. I read other reviews and I hope that who ever responds doesn’t come in to attack because all of my feedback was not positive. Daniel came in with great customer skills I provided what was needed the house was great the pool was great had everything we needed. Customer service with Jamie really needs work I was thankful that Daniel came into the thread and changed the tone. Overall my family and I had a great time good neighborhood one of the neighbors came over and gave my daughter a gift for graduation.

I’m so not happy with the owner
Publié le 29 déc. 2022 sur HomeAwayThis place need remodeling. There is a mold smell and the bathrooms are awful. It is big and spacious place but a upgrade can do. There were stains on the toilet and the showers were not cleaned properly. I will not be booking this place ever again, I see why the pictures are short cut because the place is really old and smelly. On the last night stay I had a small get together because my family was exchanging Christmas presents and the owner sent me crazy messages and the ad clearly say family reunion are welcome and I only had 20 ppl there and he said it was 40. I am not happy at all and this place should not be on any booking site because of the home upkeep. The carpet are stained and the mold smell is disgusting and could make anyone sick so be aware of these reviews because they are real.

Please read every review I have. The one thing ALL bad reviews have in common is one thing. All rule breakers leave bad reviews!! If my house was truly so bad, then why in the world would you give my address out to over 35 people? My cameras do not lie!!!! They recorded all 10 ctob12 cars that were on property for all 3 days. They captured all the people coming and going. They captured all the smoking that isn't allowed. These people would put their cigars out on the side of my house. They accumulated over 100 bags of trash in 3 days. Does this sound like someone who did not enjoy the home?
I do allow larger gatherings IFF you pay my event pricing and sign a different agreement. She did not. I clearly say my base rate is for 15 people and people 16 through 20 are extra. I require a guest list, and a cars list. Maximum of 4 cars can be on property. These rules are in my add, they are posted by the front door, and I make the person renting provide all this in writing. She provided a list with 15 names and 2 cars. She signed a rental agreement stating that she would follow all house rules or forfeit deposit.. Why do people automatically default to the bad review AFTER they broke EVERY RULE? Not a single mention of any of this during her 72 hour party!
Again, I have been doing this 10 plus years, and EVERY bad review comes back to the same thing!

CAMERAS DO NOT LIE! I have them, and am very clear about what I will tolerate, and what I will do if you lie about what you are using my home for! VRBO stands for Vacation Rental By Owner. It's ashamed the Owners have to put up with guests like this destroying my home, and causing headaches for my neighbors! I would have declined this rental and everyone like it IF I knew what I was getting!

Country home away from it all

We were able to enjoy the pool and outdoor patio area based on the level of privacy that the house offers. The home is older but we had no issues with it during our stay. The hosts/owners were very responsive which allowed for us to book the property with confidence. We would stay here again!

Wow, Awesome place
Publié le 26 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe were renting this house while in town for a baseball tournament. This house was perfect for us. Plenty of beds for sleeping. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. It goes without saying that the Pool was a big hit with the Boys as well as the ping pong table. Hosts were easy to communicate with and made the stay extremely comfortable. Thank you! I highly recommend this house for any larger family or groups for short or long stays
