I was content with the cleanliness of the unit but definitely not happy about the lingering pet smell. Also i was unable to wash my clothes due to the washing machine leaking.

Abysmal
Posted Sep. 2, 2022 on HotelsThis unit needs some work
Fridge/Freezer: When I arrived the Icemaker was not producing ice, the freezer was not cold enough to freeze ice and the fridge was warm enough to grow e.coli. As a result, I had to throw out over a $100 in food.
I was able to thaw the huge block of ice that incased all coils, the back panel and all air passages between fridge and freezer.
Regarding the Icemaker. It will manually fill and manually release the ice. It does not work automatically. I just made ice with my own trays.
Dishwasher: The unit is not installed properly under the counter space. The machine starts but without fail will always trip the breaker. I've gone so far as to turn off every breaker in the Home leaving only the dishwasher breaker on and it will still trip the breaker. it appears to me a good place to start might be replacing breaker number 11.
Several light bulbs throughout need replacing. Both light/fans in the bedrooms have have either blown bulbs, faulty wiring or have been carelessly installed by individuals (whom one can only guess) are not qualified for such installations.
Silverware/dishes: I've never stayed somewhere with such scant resources.
Linens: There were no additional bed linens or even pull out couch linens available.
Rat Traps: Reset the traps.
Insects: Have the unit brought to an acceptable level by a professional exterminator. Then, keep it maintained. I killed too many spiders, roaches and critters.

Posted Aug. 27, 2022 on Hotelswe had a very comfortable stay once we located our complex and room. The beds were very comfortable. Our room was clean but not spotless.
It was a comfortable stay for a couple of days as we traveled to and from Emory hospital, it was a comfortable distance.
The management team were available to answer questions.

I really like the safety and secure location of the unit. I didn't like that I had to clean the unit when I arrived..

Hi Shakelia,
We also did not like the state the unit was in and the issues that caused us to move your reservation to another listing. I'm sorry for our team's communication fumble and for us not having the apartment up to our standards upon your arrival.
I truly appreciate your flexibility and working with us while we were adjusting your reservation.
Please know that we would love the chance to demonstrate how great it is to stay at a West Home! Whether that is in Atlanta -- or any of the other cities we will be moving into this year -- we genuinely want to show you how your stay was supposed to go the first time around :)
Thank you for the feedback; we are going to make sure no one else has a rough start to their stay!

Thanks, Chinea! We also think that this part of Atlanta is really quiet and the neighborhood is positioned excellently for quickly getting anywhere within the city. Best of both worlds! If you ever in need of a furnished apartment in Atlanta, please know that we do have several other properties from Midtown to Buckhead.
