Customer service was very nice. Hotel was roach infested. Make sure before you book your stay your have plenty of lavender to keep the roaches away.

Nasty, and wreaked of weed

The front desk clerk spoke with such a heavy accent he was barely intelligible. The lobby smelled of marijuana. The carpets in the hallways and rooms were nasty, our room smelled of smoke and marijuana so bad that we had to leave. My wife has asthma and could not tolerate the smell. My Father in Law also has breathing issues and was starting to wheeze. We were very disappointed and ended up walking out about 5 minutes after getting to our rooms. We understood that there was no way to get a refund but couldn't spend the night is those conditions.

It has been a while since this hotel was maintained. The best part of the stay was that the bed was very comfortable, but the shower head was disconnected from the wall and the hall had a dingy appearance and funky smell. Breakfast was very sparse and had limited choices. Not what I typically expect from a Quality Inn.

The beds were terrible, the first room I was in had bugs in-between the mattress and box springs. The second was dirty with all kinds of other people's hair in it.
