Hôtel convenable. Service irréprochable cependant la piscine évoquée dans le descriptif qui a orienté notre réservation était en panne à notre arrivée, absence d'informations sur la panne, sa durée, la possibilité d'y revenir ou pas. Pas d'autres attractions pour les enfants que la télévision. Dommage.

Pool dirty- couldn’t use the pool, which is the main reason we booked this, for the kids. Asked them about it- said they will have it cleaned the next day- Never done. Ugly looking tub- Had to place a towel inside. Toilet gets clogged up easily. Requested for new towels 3-4 days ago and never received fresh towels. They kept stating housekeeping/someone are/will bring them up, came back in the hotel late every night, just to see they didn’t put fresh towels in the room as requested multiple times. Imagine a family of four having to use one towel (they gave us temporarily upon the second request) for 2-3 days. Breakfast:not much of one. They need to mention on the website: “Dine-in only or get charged a fee”. I haven’t personally ever heard of this rule before. Bed-not comfortable. Worse hotel experience ever. Coming from out of state for a visit- that is not we wanted to deal with in a hotel.

A little sketchy, but the sheets and towels were clean. You better adhere to the 11:00am check out or you’ll pay for it. Not me but witnessed a situation with another guest. The rooms were hot because they don’t leave the air on for you. The hair dryer fell off the wall while I was using it. Definitely an odor issue not sure what that’s about. But you get what you pay for a nice quiet sleep.

There were building noises coming around the room, that was the only issue I had, it was bothering at night to try get some sleep and being hearing noises, anything else was great, clerk was kind.

The airport shuttle stops at 9pm. That should be clearly stated on the site.

Pealing ceiling Bathroom grout Smoke alarm inexistent in the room Front Desk can't understand your request. Breakfast is a joke, not enough selection for everyone. They offer Tea bags but no hot water.
