This hotel is undergoing renovations that are taking seemingly forever (were supposed to be finished). This resulted in no free breakfast for us (but this fact was not disclosed on Expedia). Also, we were charged for $18/day for parking on the "incidentals" credit card without being asked for consent or informed. I had believed the $18/day was supposed to be for non-guests. Regardless, $18/day is exorbitant for what should be a complimentary parking for guests in the garage. This parking garage was littered with renovation trucks, debris, equipment, and materials. This was not like a nice parking garage with valet or anything that could possibly warrant $18 per day. After years of my family and me staying and giving patronage to this hotel, we will not stay at this hotel (this specific property, and also the entire Residence Inn chain), ever again after this experience.

Roaches everywhere inside the hotel room, very dirty. i cant believe a hotel that is well over $120 a night has a roach infestation and act like its normal... its not acceptable. I took alot of pictures of all the roaches but expedia does not have a section for me to add them. if not i would definitely upload them.

Staff was friendly and professional. Grounds were quiet and clean. Room was fantastic. Perfect for couple or small family with the kitchen amenities. Would stay again.
