Cockroaches! Do not stay here! We walked into our unit to be greeted by SEVERAL EXTREMELY LARGE COCKROACHES. We immediately left and stayed somewhere else. Thank goodness we took pictures because Sonder AND Travelocity were extremely difficult to deal with when trying to get a refund. Will never use either again!

Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, I've generally been impressed with my various Sonder location stays; but unfortunately the appearance of many large cockroaches was gross and made me reconsider using all of the cookware, utensils and even just eating in my room...all of which were a major factor in why I chose Sonder. The location was very convenient for downtown activities but there is a lot of hookers, street races and homeless sleeping on the nearby sidewalks.

The expedia listing said King Bed Sofa bed. There was no King bed, In fact, the bed was a twin bed (measured 4.5 ft width), and vert very hard to get any sleep without 2 adults trying not to fall off the edge. The sofa bed was leaning in the middle, and the person who slept on the sofa bed woke up with terrible back pain and had to go to the hospital in the morning as he could not move. I would strongly recommend against this establishment. When we called, they were highly uncooperative to address the bed issue.

My son and I stayed here, in a 2 bedroom unit, while visiting the Georgia Aquarium. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. It looked just like the pictures and had a large balcony along the living room and master bedroom. The only issue was with the toilet in the Master Bathroom, which had a leaky tank and would run loudly every 30 seconds or so. I saw the same issue on another review, contacted the property to let them know about, and even tries to fix it myself. Eventually, I just turned off the water to the toilet unless we needed to use it. Parking was right under the building, but I was confused on how to go from there to the lobby and ended up stopping at a restaurant on the street level to ask directions. Overall a great unit and would definitely stay here again.

Definitely Not A 9/10 Stay
We were hopeful with the good reviews but did not find it as great as others. The good: check-in process, washer/dryer in the unit, relatively clean. The bad: one of the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in, broken hook in the bathroom, toilet would not stop running, hardly any bathroom towels, location (the surrounding area was a bit rough). We will not be staying again.

The property is well kept. The club room was spacious, the courtyard was lovely, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and full equipped. Always nice to have a room where you can bring home your leftovers, pop them in the fridge, and heat them in a microwave for a late night snack. The instructions for how to enter the building, your room, and facilities were emailed in advance and were clear and easy to navigate. When I had a small issue with the wifi, their customer service solved the issue with a real person on the other end of the phone (on a Sunday) who helped with a solution within 5 minutes. Would definitely stay again the future.
