My toilet doesn’t flush, the phone doesn’t work, and the door is hard to open. I received a key to another room so I can use the toilet until plumber can fix it while I’m at the conference. I get back after dinner around 8:00 pm. The toilet was never fixed. I was too tired to move to the other room so o kept using the other room. 9:00 I started to get calls from downstairs But the phone doesn’t work right. The front desk guy comes upstairs to my room, but I don’t know its front desk. I open the door to an unknown person. I figured it was someone checking in. When he asked my name i panicked and closed the door. It turns out its front desk. Now he’s upset bc he thinks I slammed the door on him. All in all this was an awful experience! Still planning to run to the other room to use the bathroom until I check out.

My room door would not look and and some one has to tell the maintenance to check the battery in the lock. the heat was not coming on ,when I talk to the front desk. She told me that the control was behind the television. I check and it still did not come on. The system has been unplugged and I would not have known there was a plug if someone else had not told me.

It is not a service hotel. There is no bell hop service or room service. I did not enjoy the pizza but the bartender was great. The rooms are spacious and clean. The parking is expensive.

My original room door could open without a key, and when we called the front desk they said they would send somebody and nobody ever came. We had to go downstairs and that’s when they exchanged our rooms.

Stayed for 3 nights and did not have my room serviced at all. No phone in my room. Had to call to the front desk using my cell phone to ask for clean towels. Waited over an hr then called again. Waited an additional hr and a half before I decided to go to the front desk. Seen housekeeping in the hallway and asked them for towels and I was then instructed she didnt have any extras and I needed to call the front desk. I had to wait a total of 4 hrs for clean towels. Also no soap or any toiletries in the bathroom. I will not be returning to this property
