Nice Stay

The main thing to watch out for is how you lock and unlock your apartment door (push the key in wait for it to make the noise then turn to lock or unlock), make sure you Lock it before going down to get your items out the car during check in!
Fitness center is nice, pool looks great but I've never been in it.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Great Midtown location with plenty of places to eat in the area and close to interstate. Only issue we had was the lack of air conditioning. We were told via text that it would be adjusted remotely. Asked again but did not get a message back until day of checkout First night we were ok because it was actually a cooler night. Nights 2 & 3 we opened the windows.

Hi Joey! Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry about your experience with the AC. When you alerted us about the issue, we began our normal troubleshooting steps and found that the issue was more extensive than we thought originally - it turned out to be a building-wide issue. Unfortunately, the building was not able to resolve the issue during your stay, but it has since been fixed and the AC is up and running again. Next time you are in Atlanta, you can test it out! It was modern and clean, Spaces for a couple and had everything that needed for a week stay.

Wonderful Stay
Publié le 11 mai 2022 sur HotelsVery large apartment. It was very clean and organized. Any communications were answered with in minutes. I had no issues. Very easy self check in and check out. Easy walking to many places of interest. Others in the apartment were very friendly. I would stay there again.

Good business stay

This was a great location to work in the city, food shopping up the street and eat in the area. The kitchen was very useful too. The condition of the apartment was middle level. It was nice but not high quality. The shower head and water pressure were terrible. The toilet didn’t flush regularly but enough. The bed was okay but the pillows were beat up. The pool was nice but not really clean at first, the second week was cleaner. On this site it shows weekly cleaning but we were told no, biweekly. The apartment building is no smoking and yet every day we smelled weed. Communications were ok, slow but always answered. We would and will stay here again, simply with lesser expectations. The apartments are a solid business stay without the frills. Good location for a business 2 week stay.

The Spectacular Suites by BCA Furnished Apartments are an amazing value for guests looking to stay an extended amount of time in Atlanta in a hotel alternative. This does mean that we forgo some of the fancy frills that you will find at a hotel. But in return, you get peace and comfort – just the same as your own home. Thank you very much for bringing these items to our attention. We always encourage our guests to contact us during their stays with any questions or concerns so that we might address them during their stay to make it more comfortable for them. Thank you for letting us know about the shower pressure and the toilet. We will make sure to get them resolved before our next guests arrive. BCA Furnished Apartments offers 3 different room types, and each has different amenities and offerings. The studio apartments get weekly cleanings, whereas the 1-bedroom, that you were in, is only eligible for biweekly cleanings because the 1-bedrooms come with in-unit washers and dryers as well as extensive cleaning supplies. Our apologies for any confusion. We wish to create a space for all our guests to enjoy, we are disappointed to hear that you found the building’s management of its spaces and residents to be lacking. We will be sure to bring those to their attention so they might address those issues. We look forward to seeing you next time you are in Atlanta and thank you for staying with us.
