Le personnel est très disponible et nous avons beaucoup apprécié qu’il parle lentement pour que nous puissions parfaitement le comprendre. L’hôtel est proche du métro ce qui est pratique pour se déplacer. La rue juste derrière comporte tous les restaurants nécessaires. Le seul (gros) point noir de l’hôtel est la route qui passe juste devant et qui est très très bruyante. Le trafic ne s’atténue pas dans la nuit.

Our most recent stay was full of surprises. We booked on hotels.com and we were not aware of the daily parking charge of $29 until we checked into the hotel. We walked into the room and found that the bathroom had not been cleaned very well; hairs in the tub from someone previously shaving and overall dirty. We left the next morning to do some running around while our room was supposedly being cleaned to come back to the room the same way we left it. We were then told that they would not clean it after we requested it because it had not been two days. We had to ask for linens each day, toilet paper, and trash bags due to the room not being kept up by housecleaning. We also had to put dirty linens and trash out in the hall daily. Very disapppointed because the hotel appeared to be very nice.

This was a pleasurable experience for me and my family. The front office staff and Keith was immaculant. I would highly recommend staying here.

The location is the heart of the city and connected to the Highways for easy access. Very expensive eatery around, not a simple McDonalds or Taco Bell etc within the area. The parking is safe and secure under, but $30 a night is theft and sickening. I would stay again and recommend for the Location.
