The Staybridge Suites are a pleasant place to stay when I go to the Emory Hospital at Midtown.

The day-to-day staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious. Lots of seating and the kitchenette was great.
There seemed to be some issues with (senior?) management of the facility. There were a few minor maintenance issues and supply shortages. The staff were doing their best, but seemed to lack training in some areas and were scrambling to 'make do'. Valets were especially helpful.

The property is old and needs an update. That would be fine however if the staff was more cordial. the check in was difficult as the attendant was very difficult to understand. Their was one bartender that was downright rude. The rest of the staff seemed indifferent. The maids were sweet and one female bartender was wonderful but everyone else needs to go!
