The staff was incredibly informative and tried to the best of their ability to remedy my issues. Thank you Tavares, Beverly and Anthony and to the neighbor down the corridor who lent us a pot to cook in.

My experience was absolutely amazing! Tavaris made me feel so welcome at the property and even showed me the room before charging my card. I have never stayed at a hotel where they show you the room first to make sure it is to my satisfaction before charging my card. That is a huge plus and ALL hotels should do that! The room was awesome and had everything I needed and thensome. Neighborhood was super quiet and all dining options were nearby. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. I will definitely stay at this hotel in the near future!

the staff was nice but the hotel room smelled of smoke even tho it was no smoking. the bed springs felt like they were coming thru the bed. the bathroom was gross looking. it was alright for one night but i don’t think i would stay again
