Get a new general manager

The general manger was very rude and unprofessional. Was very disrespectful and unprofessional with his behavior and attitude towards guests. Talked as if he had a grudge against visitors. When asked about rebooking he informed me that I couldn’t rebook because I didn’t pay a deposit when I checked in because it didn’t come ineffective until the 29th of December and I checked in on the 28th and said I would be charged the deposit and and extra 25 because I didn’t pay the first time

Easy access from interstate. Easy parking. Room decor kind had dated furnishings. Bathroom door off hinges hard to close Front desk was courteous and helpful. Good place for a one nighter!

What I don’t like is we are refuse a room because someone ran into our room they didn’t call ambulance or anything to make sure we was ok one of the employees terron was trying to put it on me n my bf there is a Indian in there now he just started his shifts Karen the sweet heart told him my ride was otw n she said that at 4 it’s hasn’t even been a whole hr yet I’m being racial profiled they did not check on us make sure we was alright they don’t even know who did it but I’m being blamed for it they don’t want me staying here because someone tried to take my niece and kids life and this is not fare what so ever

Horrendous! Extremely dirty. Bathroom was disgusting, stains in every wall, bedsheets whit holes due to cigarettes The whole place smell soon bad... The "breakfast" they offered to us? Just an apple and orange juice... 0 out of 10 in every single aspect Just go somewhere else. This place is NOT worth it!
