No one came cleaning the room for 3 consecutive days. The last 2 days I kept the please clean paper on the door Nothing happened !

L’établissement est magnifique et très impressionnant. Très très bien situé. Le personnel a l’accueil est peu accueillant et il faut demander les choses plusieurs fois et insister pour avoir un retour . L’établissement a une fréquentation des fois peu recommandable . Des personnes ivres mortes dans l’ascenseur, des drogués a l’entrée...

The curtains looked liked cats clawed them, the flooring was coming up- major trip hazard, the tvs outdated, the couches- stains

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, with no refrigerator, and the only ice machine working was on the 11th floor. I was on the 6th. The concierge never answered the phone, left multiple messages, and never called me back. The hotel is beautiful, what a shame.
