I was very disappointed.. I didn’t know we was staying in a house with 2 other families and I didn’t even stay my whole stay that I paid for and I really need to get a refund but y’all denied access to that so I don’t think I will be using Expedia again.. I am very disappointed over all..

Sorry to hear you misread the property description. It is stated that you are getting a private room a d private bathroom but share the house. We have standalone apartments as well, but they do cost more money. The room you had is large and spacious with king bed and 65" tv. Cleaned well and you have run of the house and patio. Well worth the money. It's a shame your review didn't reflect how nice the suite was but rather your misunderstanding.

Not Service Animal Friendly
Publié le 22 mai 2023 sur HotelsWe were asked to leave after our first night because we brought a service animal with our party. The listing stated it was service animal friendly and that dogs were welcome, so I assumed it was safe, but was asked to leave the morning after check in.

They didn't have papers for their dog. Because there is so much fraud when it comes to sneaking pets in, we require full and valid papers presented before checkin...or you cannot bring dogs in. Also, we have one suite designated as pet friendly and they booked another one.The said they understood completely as they are Airbnb hosts as well....but decided to leave a negative review anyways.

Guest brought multiple pets into house and was asked that she remove them or she would have to leaveShe neglected to declare them at checkin nor showed any papers for them.They left without further problem but decided to get their revenge by leaving an unjustified bad review.

Publié le 1 mai 2023 sur HotelsWell I wish this property had looked as good as the pictures. We had suite 1 with the 1/2 bath and there were some black hairs in the sink. The blanket on the bed smelled kind of mildewy. The outside patio did not look like the picture online at all. The couch looked like it had been out there 30 years and was quite dirty. Also the location of the house is in an area we didn't feel 100% safe in. My 17 year old daughter and I went to a concert in downtown atlanta and I had trouble locating the key in my purse when we got back at 1:30 am.. after terrible traffic. It had been a very long day. The "office" closes at 11 (there is nowhere that you actually check in which is fine) but I called twice to leave an emergency message because we could not get into our room. The property Mgr is across the street. I also rang the bell there. Noone answered the door..or returned my calls. My daughter was getting scared and upset. I saw that both hallway closet doors were open (that have code locks on them and I assume stay shut for workers). I saw keys to all the rooms in there so was able to let us in our room. So really anyone could have gotten into our room when those storage closets were open! Found my key later in the car. People in the room beside us were smoking marijuana & it was coming through strong into our 1/2 bath (even though this is strongly prohibited by the signs everywhere) and you can hear other peoples' tvs etc.
wish i'd had time to find somewhere else to stay!

I'm sorry you didn't feel you had a good stay. We advertise very clearly that while we don't restrict you from checking in any time, we do not provide support 24 hours per day but rather 8AM to 11PM as we are a guesthouse and not a hotel with 24 hour front desk.. Its what you agreed to on your reservation. If you want to have 24 hour checkin support, then a hotel is the best option for you at a much higher price for that service. I can understand how you're tired and impatient at 130AM...the photos are exactly correct....but we will take the rest of your suggestions to heart. Thanks for staying
