Just another Marriott
Room service Staff was inexperienced and barely able to take roomi service order Due to severe language barrier. Had to call three times to have pillows delivered. Worst of all, I requested two wake up calls - 6:00 am and 6:30 am - neither of which occurred causing a missed flight. Room condition was typical Marriott. No bathroom door lock. Chipped paint in various places theought room. Definitely Not worth the $$

The staff was amazing! They found out it was our anniversary and left framed pictures, balloons, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room. All for free! The bathrooms are lovely. The lobby, lounge and restaurant were impeccable. The bed and bedroom was a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Very walkable location to all the best attractions in downtown.
