This was our first time staying at this St. Regis. What a lovely hotel. The inside is absolutely gorgeous and the staff were super friendly. We did high tea which was a treasure, ate at The Garden Room and enjoyed breakfast on our balcony. The room was very spacious and immaculately clean. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows soft. The only downside to the entire stay was the room was so incredibly hot. They did bring a fan and we were told it would be fixed but it was not. I ended up sleeping only with a sheet and the fan on full blast. When opening the door, it was at least 10-15 degrees cooler in the hallway. Getting ready was quite interesting as it was so hot but we did not complain a 2nd time. We did let check out know and they comped our breakfast. Next time, I will make sure to ask that the room is cool upon arrival as this room was extremely hot. But everything else was great.

The St. Regis hotel in Atlanta is amazing. The staff is professional and friendly. They tend to all of your needs. No request is too small. Each afternoon in the lobby they offer guests champagne and petite dessert bites. At 6PM each evening they have a Champagne Saber Ceremony on the 4th floor. The hotel also offers a private car service free of charge that will take you anywhere you need to go within a 2-mile radius. The hotel has a nice pool and several amazing restaurants. The St. Regis bar and the Garden Room were two of our favorites. You should definitely visit them if you are in the area. There are also a variety of local shops and restaurants in the area.
