Publié le 5 août 2022 sur HotelsSuperbe hôtel les chambres avec coin cuisine sont belles. Un peu bruyant si chambre sur boulevard. L’accueil un peu perdu avec les resa payées d’avance , se sont servis sur carte pour un double règlement, com compliquée même en parlant anglais..

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, I was a bit underwhelmed by the cleanliness. My child found a pill left by a previous guest on the floor near the couch—thankfully, it was my eldest who found it, not my youngest.
Additionally, there was a faint odor in the hallways that resembled skunk, likely from people smoking near or in the building.
Parking was also quite confusing. I was told to park in the back but then informed it was valet-only, which left me unsure of the process.
While the location proximity was excellent, I don’t feel it justified the price.

Worse Stay ever
Publié le 8 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe room wasn’t as described in pictures. The hotel staff was rude. When asked to be moved to another room they would not accommodate. When asked to speak to management they were never available.
