Outstanding staff and customer service! Thanks to the maid for her extra care. Overnight security and parking for SUV is great. Only thing missing was a morning buffet. Otherwise, excellent hotel, relaxing stay!

It brightens my day that our staff was able to provide outstanding service to you and your family. Although our property doesn't offer a buffet breakfast in the morning, I would recommend checking our deals on our website for breakfast that's included into the rate. I truly hope you were able to enjoy our breakfast that we did offer at our bar. I would love to hear your thoughts on our coffee roast! Our property has connected with radio roasters, a local coffee brand to bring a true taste of coffee to our guest. The hotel itself is very beautiful. The rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly. They have coffee every morning and the bar area. The only thing I don’t like about it that it was too loud in the patio. A lot of music going on after 9 PM. The parking was $30, but there’s outdoor parking in the street overall I will stay here again. Oh I forgot the rooms are a little bit smaller side.

I will make sure to share with them your kind words. I'm glad you were able to enjoy our coffee from our local company that's able to provide a unique taste of coffee at our property. It saddens me that our music in the courtyard was still loud after 9PM. I understand that comfort at night is a top priority especially when traveling. I will make sure to connect with our tech team to ensure music automatically turns town after certain hours to ensure comfort of our guest. As far as the parking and sizing of the rooms. I would recommend checking our direct site for bigger rooms that are more comfortable. On our website we also offer rates that include parking in the rate which is more cost effective.
