Friends Retreat

It is beautifully decorated with a lovely scenic view of the sound. The hosts were wonderful and communication was very easy. What a wonderful rental experience!!

Atlantic Beach Getaway
Publié le 8 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat place - very true to the listing and to the many outstanding reviews. House is beautiful and had absolutely everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. Short drive to the beach and the neighborhood pool is a just a short walk away. The community is conveniently located near Morehead City and Beaufort where we found shopping, local breweries and several great dining options. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with questions about the house and the area. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Family Fun!

The house was beautiful and spacious, impeccably decorated, extremely clean, well-equipped and offered beautiful views of the sound! We had plenty of room for the 11 of us to be together, and space to spread out! There were amenities like an elevator that made traveling between the 4 floors quick and easy, a hot tub, lots of outdoor recreational equipment for people to use, a fenced in backyard, grill, large deck and outdoor dining table.
The community pool was large and well-maintained.
The neighborhood was quiet; people we saw were friendly and welcoming.
The owners were readily accessible and helpful if you had any questions or concerns.
We highly recommend anyone wanting to
visit the Atlantic Beach area, stay at this truly wonderful home! Many thanks to our host, Sarah!

House was nice and clean
Publié le 23 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house had more than adequate room for our family and it was clean. The fenced in yard was a plus for the kids to play games in. Owners were always responsive to request and issues. You do need to drive to the beach, but not bad and for us it was a home base while visiting the many attractions (Fort Macon, aquarium, Beaufort, etc) The only downside had nothing to do with our rental, but with a permanent residential couple of the neighborhood that obviously do not like children or renters.

Margarett, I am so sorry you had a problem with another home owner. They called us and were mad you were using the wrong door for the pool. We have a lot of children, and many grandchildren in the neighborhood, so in general it is VERY kid friendly. I am very pleased everything about the house was good. It is right in the middle of all the attractions you mentioned. Always happy to be quick and answer any questions or issues.

Week at the beach
Publié le 18 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house is furnished nicely and very well equipped. I really appreciated that all linens were provided. It has a nice view, and the location is great. You can walk to the grocery store and a couple of restaurants. We had a fun week staying here!
