OCNJ Beach House

The house was located at a great spot along the Ocean City boardwalk and was a short walk from both the beach and boardwalk. The house was well maintained and comfortable. The host was great to work with and communicated with me through the entire property. We would love to stay at this house again if the need ever arose.

Wonderful Stay

We have been coming to OCNJ for the last 32 years, and we all agreed that this stay was our favorite. The house is the absolute perfect location, just a short walk from the boardwalk and beach. Don's hospitality and communication was unmatched and was truly a pleasure to speak with. We look forward to staying at this property again in the future!

Cant beat the location
Publié le 17 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is the third time we have stayed at this property when coming to OCNJ since 2016 and the best part about this rental is how close it is to the beach/boardwalk and the shops and food/coffee on Asbury. Don is super responsive and easy to work with. The only downside is as others have mentioned, the queen bed is so noisy and the furniture in the living room is definitely worn and uncomfortable. I think with a few upgrades to the house and some new living room furniture this place would be a 10/10. Our family had a great week at the beach!

Queen bed was squeaky because the headboard was sitting on a metal floor AC vent. Replaced the vent with plastic and the squeak went away. New living room furniture planned after this season. Thanks for the suggestions

Publié le 8 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had to get out of our home for a week as our hardwood floors were being re-finished so we figured we'd go to one of our favorite places, OCNJ! We stayed at this VRBO and it was just perfect! Great amount of space, a garage and off-street parking along with excellent location, made our get way even better!

Perfect fall getaway!

The neighborhood was quiet during our stay and the boardwalk is a short walk away. Added bonus that our dog was allowed to stay at the property with us! We were sad to leave at the end of our stay, and hope to return some day!
