Beer Hall Backyard w/ King bed, Walk to beach/bars

This 1-bedroom, private apartment has a king bed and full kitchen with direct access to a bar/restaurant through the back door! Walk to the beach + boardwalk (1/2 block), bars/restaurants within minutes. Live music and great food is right out the back door at the Tennessee Ave Beer Hall!

We have dedicated parking for up to two vehicles in a grass parking lot on the street.

This unit is perfect for 2-3 people or additional space if your group is staying at the Orange Loop Beach House next door.

This unit is the first floor apartment in a 3-unit row-home-style apartment building. The bedroom has large bay windows and a king size bed that sleeps two people. The living room has a sofa with a sleep setup for one person. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook and eat at home. There is a breakfast bar that seats three. The three-piece bathroom has a stall shower.

The back door of the apartment opens into the Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall's outdoor space that has an outdoor bar, fire pit, tables, lawn games, and live music on the weekends.

Guests will have private access to the apartment with a personal code for the apartment door. Guests will have access to the front porch and front door to the building, which are shared with the other two apartments. Guests will also have access to the small back deck that is shared with the house next door.

We are available via message if you have any questions and love to offer advice on where to go/what to do in Atlantic City. We live nearby in Atlantic City and can be available in person if needed.

Just off the beach and boardwalk, close to Steel Pier and Margaritaville. All of these establishments can be walked to from the house:

Walk 1/2 block up to the boardwalk and they have trams and rolling carts if you get tired of walking.

Uber/Lyft are easily accessible.

The Jitneys (green short bus on Pacific Ave) run 24 hours, $2.25 per person anywhere in AC. Taxis are $13 max to anywhere in AC.

Free parking is available for two vehicles in a grass parking lot we own on the street.

The Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall has live music most weekends in the spring, summer, and fall. Most guests really enjoy the proximity to the Beer Hall but some are bothered by the noise. If you are looking for a very quiet stay this location might not be for you.

House is walking distance to the entrances for beach concerts.
1) No House Parties.
The neighbors are quick to call if anything begins to get out of hand, so please do not intend to have a party or it will be shut down immediately and your reservation will end without refund. Bachelorette and bachelor parties are not considered house parties. Bachelorette and bachelor parties are welcome as long as they are limited to 3 people. If you are here to celebrate anything, DO NOT hang items to the wall using any adhesives except blue painter’s tape or command strips. If you use thumbtacks, duct tape, masking tape, scotch tape, or anything else damaging to the walls you will be charged accordingly. NO GLITTER ALLOWED. You will be charged an additional cleaning fee if glitter is found in the house.

2) Occupancy limits and restrictions: Be sure to book with the correct number of guests and no pets. Unless given prior approval from the host, you cannot have any more than 3 persons in or on the property at any one point in time and no pets are allowed. A violation of this could result in immediate removal of all guests without refund and will result in a $100/per person per day penalty and/or $300 pet fine.

3) Self check-in: Please inform your host of your anticipated check in and check out time so we can efficiently coordinate our turnovers. This is a self check-in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow instructions that you are being provided by Airbnb through the check in guide as well as messages you’ve received from your host on the Airbnb platform and via your email account linked to the Airbnb platform. You can find your check in guide in your trip Itinerary under the “Trips” tab. You also agree that you will read your house rules/manual and check in instructions before contacting your Airbnb host with questions.

4) Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours of 10pm to 7am are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay.

5) This house is privately owned; the owners and managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and managers are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

6) Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.

7) Only use appliances for their intended uses.

8) No smoking or illegal drugs allowed inside the home.
Smoking Fee - $200 per night smoking fee. This is a non-smoking building. Any type of smoke is prohibited. You are welcome to smoke outside. Please clean up your own cigarette butts and ash outside, do not throw butts on the ground or in the street outside. There will be a $1 fee for each cigarette butt that we have to pick up.

9) Storms:
If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless:
•The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
•A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
•The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
oAny unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
oAny unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
oAny advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

10) Fee schedule:

Late Checkout Fee - minimum of $100. Additional charge may be added depending on time of checkout. Unauthorized late checkout is a $300 fee.

Extra Cleaning Fee – Minimum $50. Our cleaning fee is based on a “Courteous guest” that leaves the place in similar condition to which it was found. Extra cleaning fees incurred by host from turnover crew will be the responsibility of the guest.

Any violation of any house rule (checking out late, leaving a mess, etc) that results in additional losses to the host for having to discount or refund the next guest will be the full responsibility of the offending guest in addition to any applicable fees.

Great Stay in AC
Property is in a great location and close to restaurants, casinos, the boardwalk…Even a bar right out back. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to enjoy this part but the location is perfect. The apartment is well decorated and stocked. Really enjoyed our stay and our questions were answered quickly. Overall a great experience!
