At first, we got in a room that the beds were Not made and the bathroom was hot able to be used at all. But then we got moved to the next room.

Room was not clean. There was a spill on the chair, toilet was stained. Jetted tub was dirty. My aunt was a hotel manager for a long time, I usually give grace because I know how busy and chaotic it can be. In this case, didn't even look like a good attempt was made. Paid extra for the room with the jetted tub and didn't get in becuase of the condition.

I checked in NOV30 around 11pm. I requested to have the late check out(1m) and, at the time, the desk worker said that was okay. At around 11:45 the next day, the nee manager onocked on my door and told me that I was 1 hour past check out. I informed her of the conversation the night prior and she told me that she will charge me for two days if I'm not out in 15 minutes. My wife and I was working late which is why I asked for a late check out, we had no intention on staying for two nights.

Upon check in the front desk person was sleeping. Took me a few times to ring the bell to get his attention to check-in. Then had a whole attitude checking me in. My room had a few files and the vent had a funny smell. The door did not close to the bathroom. They only offer coffee and not breakfast as they advertise.
