Fantastic - Newly Renovated Ocean City Vacation Getaway

This is NOT a PARTY house. We DO NOT rent for Senior Week or After Prom Party's.

This is a non-smoking rental.

We do not allow pets.

Guests must bring their own linens and towels.

We only rent to families, and those that are 25 years of age, or older. The maximum number of overnight renters is 12.

This fantastic, newly renovated family-friendly beach house sleeps 10-12 people and is just three blocks from the beach in the Gold Coast section of Ocean City, NJ. Located on quiet Haven Avenue, you have front door access to the bike path, and you are walking distance to Dot’s Pastries and 34th Street amenities including: a playground which includes tennis and basketball courts, ACME food store, Wawa, CVS, Hoys 5&10, ice cream stores, and various food/eating facilities. Fishing and crabbing dock is available under the 34th St. Bridge along with access to kayak and paddle boarding. You have quick and a simple off-island access via a short drive over the 34th St. Bridge to more restaurants, a marina, liquor stores and the Garden State Parkway. In addition to the 31st and 32nd Street beaches, you are close to the 34th St. beach which has a public rest room, umbrella and chair rentals and is handicap accessible which makes the beach location ideal for families with young children or elderly guests. Ocean City is a family friendly beach resort which offers a one of the area’s best boardwalk and amusement piers. (6 beach tags are included.)

Our home is a first floor convenient access property. The home has 4 bedrooms and a queen sized pull out sofa, 2 full baths, an open living room and dining area, and a large fully equipped kitchen. The beds include:
1 King
2 Queens
3 Singles (including bunk beds)
and a pull out Queen couch

The home includes a large front porch with seating for 8 and an outside picnic table and back porch with seating for 4. We provide five HD cable equipped TVs, a gas grill, complimentary Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning. An outside shower and car port are included which allows up to 4 off street parking spaces.

The house was recently completely renovated with hard wood floors, new carpet, new paint and new bedding. A completely renovated kitchen includes new appliances.

The address is 3124 Haven Avenue, Ocean City, NJ.

Keyless entry code is provided the week before rental as codes are changed between every rental.

Check in Saturday after 3pm. Check out Saturday by 10am.

Making Memories
We had the most wonderful time celebrating my mom's 80th birthday at this beautiful home. The house was everything we needed and more. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable!! The location was extremely peaceful and we enjoyed short walks to the beach and short drives to the boardwalk. The host is great to work with and is VERY generous. A lovely beach house for a mini vacation
The property was lovely, decorated beautifully, there were five of us, and they had plenty of room, plenty of comfy beds, and the showers were especially great. This sweet house on Haven Avenue certainly was a beach haven for a few days and provided for all of our needs.. Since it was off-season, the street had little to no activity and was quiet, it was a short, five minute walk to the beach But there were no restaurants nearby, So we had to drive or order in. The Boardwalk was not walkable distance for us. But it was a lovely stay, and our host should be commended for the decoration of the home, it certainly said Beach House for sure. And that’s exactly what we had hoped for. And that’s exactly what we got!

It is a lovely home with nice seashore decor. Lots of parking, seating, eating and relaxing spaces. Two nice porches shared porch off the two Master Bdrms. Small housekeeping issues. Extremely well priced and a really nice quiet street. Did not find a pull out sofa as listed. I assume it was replaced.

We love this house!

Memorable Ocean City Vacation
This is our fourth year at this beach home and we love it more every year. It's a short 10 minute walk to the beach and close to everything we need for a fantastic vacation at the shore. The hosts are wonderful and they are the reason we stay here. Peaceful and quiet street. We love the covered patio for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. Great places for food nearby. Highly recommend for a wonderful Jersy shore vacation!

Overall - it was a very clean, pleasant experience. One confusion, we thought there were 3 bathrooms since the listing stated 3. One of the bathrooms was an outside shower which is only a shower. Several of us had the same confusion. It would be clearer if the listing started 2 bathrooms and an outside shower. Other than that, the place was great location, very clean, easy check-in, and the owners were very attentive.

We stayed at this Ocean City getaway during the weekend of Ophelia and it rained all weekend. However, the half marathon was enjoyable and family time was nice despite the weather. We had great communication with the owner and it was a nice quiet street and time to enjoy a little family bonding.
