Service at the pool was just terrible!!! Pool itself is gorgeous, but employees are just straight rude and you can just see that they are waiting for you to go already. Not enough beds, closing at 5pm is just ridiculous!!! Overall service made me regret being there!

When we arrived we were given the wrong hotel tower. After walking around for over an hour asking multiple employees for assistance which no one could help we eventually found it. We were also charged almost $50 for parking which the sign outside said $20.

On my first night there was a cockroach on the wall..the carpet was stained..the pillow case had some dirty spots on it .rusty tables ..the chairs had dirty spots..i like harrahs but they need to do better..
