A great view

We've been coming to Pier 4 for many years now. Great staff and extremely clean. The views on the bay are beautiful and we always have a relaxing stay.

Customer service is very important to me so I'm pleased the staff was friendly and helpful. We do have an excellent housekeeping staff and the Supervisor stays on top of everyone to assure cleaniness. Thank you for choosing Pier 4 Hotel and we hope to see you again

Location is great. Not a fan of the bright balcony light being on all night. The light could not be turned off. This prevented us from using the balcony at night.
