The room had a funny smell. The toilet seat had dirt on it. The carpet had not been vacuumed. The room definitely isn’t sanitized.

I made a reservation for 2 days for rest and zoom meetings. The motel advertised WiFi, yet the room I was in had 0 wi if and had to use my hot spot in which I had to pay for extra for. This was a major inconvenience especially for paying the amount. The front desk gentleman was ignorant, kept cutting me off , attempted to make me ( a female ) feel like I was beneath him. I’m highly disappointed.

Dirty, bad customer service

Stay away, the hotel was dirty, bad customer service. Stay there for 6 days they never came to clean the room and when I ask to clean the room they say that they will not clean it. They only clean it once per customer. They did not even want to change the towels and they did not change the towels. Just started away.
