The Cove was very clean and had a nice feel to it. The room was simple. Not a lot of dresser space, but we were only there for 3 nights. Didn’t need a lot of space to put stuff. Staff was friendly. Pool was clean and ample chairs. There was a coffee one cup coffee maker there which I used and was happy about. I’d definitely go here again. The place was pretty and just had a nice feel to it.

A nice place close to the beach and boardwalk and shops on Asbury. Appreciated included parking and beach tags in season. The staff was helpful and communicated prior to checking in. Nice porch area to relax in the morning

I planned a last minute trip to take a break and The Cove was perfect for my needs. Great location, lovely staff and my room was perfect. Other reviews pointed out how clean the place is and I agree - it was the main deciding factor for me. I love the quiet hours time frame and the overall comfort I was able to experience for a couple days. If I come back to Ocean City, I will be booking a room at The Cove again.

Beautiful place with great friendly staff. Close to the beach- you can walk. Quiet, take a book and sit outside and relax and unwind.

When we arrived, we were given Room 10 on the first floor. It was a big room, nice and clean. Unfortunately, it wasn't good for my daughter and me. We are quiet and like to relax in our room. A porch was outside our windows so we had to keep the blinds closed. People were out talking on the porch, in the lobby, or on the stairs at all hours. It you don't want to walk up stairs or don't care about noise, you will love this room. Things changed the next morning. The staff quickly changed our room to #22, a clean peaceful room. We couldn't be more appreciative of this change!! Overall, we really enjoyed The Cove and we would stay there again. Also, we don't believe we have ever stayed in a cleaner hotel. 10 stars just for that!

The hotel is clean and bright. Our room was comfortable and quiet and the air-conditioning worked well. The manager Dawn, is wonderful. She is friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We stayed the night because of a concert at the Music Pier. The Cove is 2 blocks away from the boardwalk and the Music Pier. Next time we see a show, we'll stay at the Cove.

This was a lovely surprise! The renovations inside this old hotel are exquisite. We loved how convenient it was to the beach and how simple but elegant it was. The only negative report is that the rooms did not have hair blow dryers. When I asked at the front desk the response was “they’re all being used by other guests. Please spend the $20 per room and provide them. Otherwise, such a WONDERFUL place and we will definitely be back (and I’ll bring my blow dryer) haha. Highly recommend!!!
