Pepsi in the machine 4$ its exagerate and no breakfast in the week the Room is very clean and the housekeeping knock the Door to 9 am was not neccesry

Tapis sales et odeur insupportable, très chaud et aire climatisé qui ne fonctionne pas, machine à glace brisée, pas de déjeuner, ne trouvais pas ma réservation, etc.

There was no elevator except for the service elevator ,also we was in a non smoking room but burn marks on the sheets and sink.The ice machines don't work the key card half work.

OK, so we check in go to the ice machine not one single ice machine in the whole hotel worked when we got in the air conditioning system didn’t work. I called the front desk. The front desk said I must go reset it on the other side of the hotel. I will do that so I waited a half an hour. They still didn’t work. I went downstairs. I asked him was there any ice machines he said no. I can’t get ice and I can’t get air in my room. It was so stuffy like 100° in the room Like go try it now I turned on the air conditioner tried it didn’t work. I called him. I said it doesn’t work when I was down at the desk in his face. I said if it doesn’t work, can you switch us rooms? He said yes go try it when I call down to the desk , he said there’s no more rooms they’re sold out. There’s nothing I could do. There’s no refunds something changes. I’ll let you know. I said I’m not gonna lay up here with no air conditioning in this room with no ventilation at 100°. He said well there’s nothing I can tell you if you don’t like it. You can go somewhere else. I said well I should at least get some of my money back…there no refunds , we cannot refund you!! were suffocating. We left early in the morning ever. How can you charge that much a night and not fix your ice machines or your conditioning systems The desk clerk was cocky, arrogant and rude
