I booked chelsea tower room and they put me on west tower rooms.

They did not have my Travelocity reservation. Not happy. Had to pay AGAIN!!!

It wasnt cheap and very out dated and dirty and smelly. Smelled like poo and onions. Room next to ours people screaming at each other. Would have to really think about foming back

Excellent Hotel. Very easy self kiosk check in. Very clean rooms! Lots of Restaurants and Shopping outlets close by. Easy access to boardwalk.

Check In/out Kiosks were super Easy to use! Saves you a Long walk down to the actual check in lobby! Loved the variety of restaurants and shopping inside the hotel. Close to outdoor shopping as well. Easy access to Boardwalk.
Room was spacious and very clean. Loved the view facing East, view of the ocean. Definitely will return.

Fried to cancel reservation due to serious family issue and I wasn’t allowed to, never will go to Trop again

Very unsafe, terrible rooms , dirty sheets they had holes as they had cigarettes burn

Even in the section of the hotel, that’s non-smoking it’s not enforced because you smell strong cigarette smoke and the Havana tower which is supposed to be non-smoking and there is no noise enforcement as far as the rooms go people are up all night and do not allow you to sleep. You can hear the next room over.
