A notre arrivee, j'ai du demander une nouvelle carte(clef) 3 fois, pour finalement etre changer de chambre.. pas de servillettes, pas de produit personelles, shampoing etc.. nous avons du demander pour des debarbouillettes , elle etaient dechirer.. le frigidaire et le telephone ne fonctionnais pas, encore une fois avons du se rendre au bureau. La receptioniste ne semblais avoir aucun interet par rapport a nos inquietudes.

The lobby had dust balls behind the counter, the room said no smoking but the whole hotel had a bad odor with a cigarette smell underneath it all, the hair dryer had a layer of sticky black dirt on it, no closets, no iron or ironing board. The only pluses to it was the price and was close to another hotel that friends were staying at. It was quiet because we were the only car in the parking lot on a friday and saturday. Local bars, abandoned factory across the street with blown out windows and the correctional facility were the sights we saw out of our window. The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. No vending machines to get a snack or drink. I would not stay here again. I would spend the extra money and stay at the Hilton instead.

Thank you for you review. The front desk area is being revamped. The "dust balls" are carpet fuzz. We had removed the old flooring in preparation for the new flooring to be installed. Unfortunately I don't have control over the neighboring properties. All hotels in the area would have provided you with a nice view of the correctional facility ,including the Hilton which you mention. A quick stop or call to the front desk and we could have helped you out with an iron or new hairdryer. They could have shown you the location of are vending and ice machines as well.

You get what you pay for. We were in town for a wedding and this was the only hotel left with rooms available. Staff was nice, the room was clean. No frills- no amenities or breakfast. The beds were comfortable. Our only complaint was the sink in the bathroom barely trickled water and the shower made a very loud noise while it was running.

The room was not like it showed. It seemed very dirty, beds were uncomfortable. They did seem to be working on the hotel just not the area I was staying in.
