i did not like the fact i had to make 2 trips to have my guest check in. not very accommodating to our circumstances. it made what was suppose to be a mini vacation fun and relaxing to one of the most stressful traveling situations i have ever been in. i will never use an econo lodge or expedia again, unless someone steps up and tries to make right the tome and money i lost.

Hello Betty,Thank you for your feedback, however you forgot to mention the fact that the reservation was under your name and you wanted someone else to check into the room. We spoke on the phone numerous times in the days leading up to the check-in day, and we explained to you that this was against hotel policy. Because you paid for the room, we require that you show up for the reservation and sign the guest registration.

There was a lot of noise all night long.

We were sold out during your stay and therefore there was a lot of activity in the hotel that night. We hope you give us another chance to provide you a better experience.

Swimming pool cold, hot tub broken, ice machine broken, bed bowed, windows fogged out, bathroom in pool room door would not latch securely unless you forced yourself to close door.
