I was surprised by the stay. It’s not the greatest, but not the worst by far. The room was clean, the air conditioner worked well. Even though we really were there to just sleep after the Blake Shelton concert, it was a nice stay.

Driveway was bad. Had a hard time finding the front office. Nothing clearly marked. Room was really nice. Plug for Jacuzzi tub didn't fit, but kitchen sink one did. Will recommend to family and friends.

Terrible Smoke and Chemical smells in room. Also dirty. We left and did not stay. We would appreciate a credit for another night somewhere else in the future!

Hello Daniel,Thank you for the review. The room was cleaned before you entered. It did not smell like smoke. Also, you told the front desk clerk that you would have stayed but did not think your wife would like to stay, despite her never entering the room. You used the bathroom and it seems your plans changed and that is why you left and now want a refund on a prepaid no cancel reservation. This is not the way to go about it. You also conveniently forgot to mention that you left your wallet in the room, and the front desk clerk, who went to inspect the room after you left, found your wallet and called you right away so you can come back and retrieve it.

property is 3 floors with no elevator which is inconvenient with luggage. multiple makes hanging out in parking lot at night dome drinking didn't feel safe.

Good once we got there.

It was a good value. We had difficulty finding it because Google maps took us to a corn field several miles north of the hotel.

The spa water was brown with flies floating in it. The halls smelled dank. The side door was not locked and we didn’t feel safe. The staff was courteous and helpful.The bedding was clean.

Worst stay ever

We will not be using this hotel again, the check in was average to begin with and then we found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. We do a lot of traveling and have never found cockroaches before.

i did not like the fact i had to make 2 trips to have my guest check in. not very accommodating to our circumstances. it made what was suppose to be a mini vacation fun and relaxing to one of the most stressful traveling situations i have ever been in. i will never use an econo lodge or expedia again, unless someone steps up and tries to make right the tome and money i lost.

Hello Betty,Thank you for your feedback, however you forgot to mention the fact that the reservation was under your name and you wanted someone else to check into the room. We spoke on the phone numerous times in the days leading up to the check-in day, and we explained to you that this was against hotel policy. Because you paid for the room, we require that you show up for the reservation and sign the guest registration.
