The hotel staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was good but, for the price, the facilities are in desperate need of an up-date. The lock on the door was wanky - I tried four keys before an employee assisted by showing me the "trick" which was to swipe it up and down quickly and repeatedly to get the lock to read the magnetic strip. The elevator was excruciatingly s-l-o-w. We stayed at 5 different hotels during a week long road trip and this was, by far, the most expensive and less impressive.

Nothing spectacular, but nothing bad. TV channels are super glitchy which is annoying. But all the front desk staff were super nice and helpful.
