Great Location

Adequate but not inviting
Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HomeAwayI thought the property did not look as advertised, The outside yard was weedy and unkept. The porch was dusty, like the furniture had not been cleaned in a while The house was old and interior was cut and cover. Had to go up a narrow stairway to the room. The air conditioner was not robust enough for the size of the room. We are lucky it was not a really hot night. It was clean enough, but just not inviting. Not sure where all the excellent ratings came from.

Thank you for your review. The listing does state that this apartment is in a building with apartments on the 2nd floor. The apartment that you rented is about 300 square feet and the ac unit for the apartment is for a 500 square foot area which will cool adequately. I've found that if you have the setting on fan vs cool it might seem that it's not cool. Our landscaper comes on Thursdays, I believe the week day that you had traveled we had alot of rain that week which tends to move mulch and wind carry dust with it. We would have been more than happy to help you use the ac unit so that you were comfortable. As always I can be reached anytime and am just a few minutes away if any guest needs assistance or there is a problem.

Lovely apartment, convenient location
Publié le 31 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayI reserved the property for a last minute getaway and was glad to be able to bring my dog. Chay was so helpful and check in was super easy. Bed was very comfortable and the apartment had everything I needed. There are other units in the building but I never heard any of my neighbors. Thank you!

Easy Rental
Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayEverything was very easy. When I rented I didn’t realize the two twin beds were two rollaways but we made it work. All three of us slept in the main room where the bed was located… more like a studio rental. Great location and easy to get back and forth from the dance competition we were attending at the local Holoday Inn.

Great place to stay!
