Spacious Newly Furnished Townhome

This beautiful like new townhome is 3.2 miles from downtown Auburn/ Auburn University.

Enjoy a like new unit with brand new paint, furniture, and amenities (dish ware, televisions, linens etc)

Upstairs are two bedrooms each with a queen bed and each with their own bathroom. The main bedroom has a television as well as the en suite bathroom.

Downstairs in a spacious open floor plan with a stylish living room. The kitchen has bar stools as well as a dining table and space to spread out! This unit has two parking spaces that any size vehicle should easily fit in. It is a small easy to navigate complex with just a few townhomes. Park right outside the back patio making the walk from your car to the back door almost non existent. There are four steps from the parking pad to the patio/ back door entrance.

Enjoy the serene back patio with brand new furniture and sun shades, or go out on the front porch and enjoy the across the street view of the pond with water feature.

This unit is close enough for easy access to anything that Auburn has to offer but quiet enough for families to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay.

All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period.

Quiet and cute, comfortable stay!
This townhouse was perfect for our trip to Auburn for a family wedding. 5 adults slept comfortably with plenty of room for everyone to sit and relax. Our son slept on the couch, which is almost the size of a twin bed. He's over 6' and said he was comfortable. We all commented about how beautifully it was decorated as well! We took advantage of the pet friendliness and brought our 2 dogs. They loved it! There are sidewalks to safely walk them out front. We'll definitely go back!

Great Location near the Golf course
Wonderful place well situated near both the golf course and the town of Auburn. Was there for a reunion of old friends. My family was due to come with me so opted for this townhouse, and I'm glad I did, even though plans changed and they weren't able to come so I had the place to myself. Wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again.

Great location but a few things needs work
Went to Auburn with my wife and adult daughters to spend the holiday week with our son and grandchildren. The property is in a great location and perfect for doing anything in Auburn or Opelika. However, there were two issues with this unit. First the two beds are very uncomfortable. All they are is a low quality mattress on a flimsy bed frame. No box spring or mattress pad to make it more comfortable. The sleeping surface is very hard and did not provide a good nights sleep. Second issue is the AC/Heating system. It was a rather cold week when we were there and I can only speak for the heating system. I would set the upstairs unit to 67 and it would continue to run until the upstairs temperature was 74, way too hot. The downstairs unit would shut off when it reached the desired temperature but it was programmed to reset at 60 degrees in the middle of the night which is way too cold especially for my daughter who was sleeping downstairs. Address these two issues and I would highly recommend this unit.

Nice Space Overall…but
So… really cute townhouse. Pretty, nicely decorated, good space & layout for up to 4 adults. Some nice extras like black-out curtains & noise machine in master BR as it fronts to very busy loud main road. Back deck is tiny but allows for tight seating for 4, bordering driveway & parking. This is not a place to enjoy any green space or nature for sure. Biggest issue by far is bedding. The 6-8” mattresses are on platform systems/slats & have loud crinkly plastic/vinyl mattress protectors that don’t even fit well over the depth of the mattress -so move around easily & are not smooth under pretty thin sheets. Very uncomfortable & loud. Makes for a very difficult sleep :(. Other than that, bring your own shower supplies as what is supplied is dollar store brands like VO5 & White Rain. Also white pet hair on/between couch cushions & on LR carpet, cobwebs on bathroom ceiling molding & long dark human hair on bath mat to note a few. Don’t want to sound terribly picky but made me feel very suspect of the rest of environment. (Guests also start wash for towels before departure - washer dial is loose so hard to tell what you’re setting cycle for….& the next person then uses those towels?) Could be a really great little place with some attention & several fixes.
