I feel like this location is overrated and overpriced for the quality. This hotel is nice but our bathroom was not clean enough and in disrepair. It may be my fault but got an accessible room and shower bench took up most of shower. No towel holders. Ant on bed. Just wish they would do better because it’s hard to find hotels on busy Auburn weekends.

Auburn move in
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HotelsWe booked two King suites with kitchen rooms for our family for our daughter's Auburn move in. While the room was very large and very nice with a kitchen, there were some sugar ants in our room. We also had a large roach in one of our rooms and noticed there must be a roach problem because we encounter several dead ones in the hotel. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. But, the evenings were very crowded with construction type workers taking over the night time buffet.

Just don’t!!
Publié le 10 août 2024 sur HotelsThe check in was easy and everyone was so nice. When we got to our room (around 10:00 p.m.) we bc we’re exhausted. The air wasn’t/didn’t cool well and it’s terribly hot in Alabama in August. Tried sleeping but there was someone running up and down the halls above us ALL NIGHT!! Woke up tired and ready for a hot shower only to realize half of the glass sliding doors wasn’t even there and the shower curtain hung in its placed leaked all over the floor!! There were two of us staying and only had two towels in the room so there was no way to get the floor dry!!

Really nice place. The lobby and hallways were really hot though. Although the weather was super hot.
