Could be better

I was expecting such a higher level for this kind of hotel and this kind of price and was quite disappointed to spend almost $300 a night and have a bathroom sink clogged and jot draining, an extremely noisy room (I e we’re by the elevator) got woken up multiple times a night, both nights by people yelling and playing music in the hallway. It felt like we were staying in a cheap party hotel and was very disappointed to see this kind of clientele staying in say “high class” hotel. Also disappointing that the staff didn’t let us know of a free bottle of wine which we got because of our Expedia status. Luckily I had seen it on an email and know about it…
