très bon emplacement

séjour très court ,simplement quelques achats au centre commerciale qui se situe a 15 minutes de marche de l'hôtel.

Tres bon hôtel pour court séjour.

Séjour d’une nuit pour un transit. Proximité d’un grand centre commercial et de l’aéroport. Très joli appartement, état neuf, bonne organisation pour une arrivée tardive. Service de garde des bagages très pratique. Nous sommes tout à fait satisfaits et recommandons cet hôtel.

Dont stay

Dont recommend this to anyone. Rooms are dirty and very smelly. You get all the smells from the residents cooking and smoking. The manager does not care and very unhelpful.

Buen sitio si quieres algo cerca del aeropuerto, desayuno muy básico, pero tienen huevos, beacon, salchichas. Algo bueno a destacar para lo que encuentras en algunos hoteles que incluyen desayuno.

Parking was the only good part. Bedroom sheer curtains were so ripped that they offered no privacy. Lounge had none. Asked for addtional pillows two days in a row and never received them. Cafe food terrible. We were given the wrong times for breakfast and were reluctantly given a $50 credit to use in the cafe. We didn't use it all, so I asked if balance could be applied to the bill but was denied. We won't we returning or recommending this accommodation.

So-so room with problems checking in

The front desk was not manned until 10 pm as stated. The check-in process was very clumsy, poorly described and took 30 minutes to get inside the building. The room itself was small with little to no furniture other than the bed. The included breakfast was ok.

Has gone down in cleanliness from last stay

The room smelt of cigarette smoke. It seemed to be coming from the air conditioning unit. Lots of kids running up and down the hall making very loud screaming and yelling. Bathroom shelf falling off the wall and room itself smelt of dust. Staff friendly. Used gym and that was fine. Not iron or ironing board.

Not Worth It

I've stayed here a couple of times and mostly I find the mattresses quite worn out and uncomfortable. Complained about that as well but apparently they are not interested in replacement. I would rather prefer to stay somewhere else next time.
